The location is very central. All staff provided helpful information about the hotel's services. The bed was comfortable, and the room was a good size and very clean. The hotel provided quality bed linen and towels.
i noticed the room service card had been filled out by a previous guest and had their details on it.

Breakfast had plenty of choice of cooked and continental style items. The hotel offers a saturday evening three course dinner for twenty-two pounds. This dinner was to be excellent value with a lovely varied choice menu.

Check-in was a quick process. The receptionist named David was amazing, very friendly, helpful, and accommodating! Most of the staff were interacting with guests and getting them hyped up for their evening, offering to take photos too.

adequate stay with some issues
poor lighting inadequate ventilation
i found some shortcomings the room allocated was not what i expected. it lacked proper ventilation in the bathroom so i had to leave the door open. the absence of towel racks was annoying i had nowhere to hang used towels. the lighting in the bathroom was also poorly designed it made shaving difficult.

fantastic stay, few minor hiccups
gluten-free options friendly staff clean room comfortable beds
i appreciated the gluten-free options at breakfast. it was nice to see a dedicated cart for those items. the reception staff were friendly upon arrival. our room was clean and equipped with everything needed. the beds were really comfortable too.
The room was a bit too warm, even with the thermostat set low. it seemed like the temperature control wasn't very effective. I couldn't adjust it to a comfortable level.

The room had two double beds. The bathroom included complimentary toiletries and fresh towels daily. the shower had good water pressure. i noted fresh linens and a super clean environment.

The reception offered prompt assistance, they always answered questions with patience. the housekeeping staff maintained cleanliness standards. Requests for extra amenities were fulfilled quickly. i did notice a helpful concierge service.

Breakfast included a variety of options. fresh fruit. Pastries. Hot items were readily available. the dining area was well-kept, it had attentive service, and there was ample seating available for all guests.
